That is, some of the computer keyboard shortcut commands that we may not all know. Generally, the working skills of a computer user are revealed when they can work on the computer very quickly. I have written some shortcut commands with the help of which it will be possible to work quickly.
(1) To select everything in a document, press (Ctrl+A) on your keyboard. You will see that all the text on your keyboard has been selected.
(2) If you want to make the Bengali or English text written in the document bold or italic, press (Ctrl+B).
(3) If you want to copy the text, press (Ctrl+C) from the keyboard.
(4) To determine the font size of the document, whether it will be written in Bengali or English, italic or bold, press (Ctrl+D) on your keyboard. A font dialog box will appear; from there, select the font of your choice.
(5) To move an image, symbol, or text added to a document to the middle of the document, select the image, symbol, or text and then press (Ctrl+E).
(6) You have worked with many pages in Microsoft Office or Excel. At this moment, you need to work on page number fifteen. At this moment, you press Ctrl+G+G Ctrl+G+G. A dialog box will appear. Select the desired page. Click next. The cursor will move to that page.
(6) If you want to bold or italicize the text in the document, select the text from the keyboard and then press (Ctrl+I).
(7) If you want to move the text in the document to the left side of the screen, select the text first and then press (Ctrl+L).
(8) If you want to increase the font size of the text, select the text and then press (Ctrl+]).
(9) If you want the font size of the text to be smaller, select the text and then press (Ctrl+ [).

If you want to do this, press Ctrl, Shift, and + from the keyboard.
(11) To change the case of a sentence in English, first select the sentence and then press (Shift+F3).
(12) Usually, after writing something in a document, it is necessary to save it, and then it can be easily saved by pressing (Ctrl+S) from the keyboard.
(13) If you are writing in Microsoft Word or Excel and any text is cut off, you can restore it by pressing (Ctrl+Z) on the keyboard.
(14) If you want to double-space the lines written in Microsoft Word, press (Ctrl+2).
(15) If you want to space the lines written in Microsoft Word by 1.5, press (Ctrl+5).
(16) If you want to double underline text in Microsoft Word, press (Ctrl+shift+D) from the keyboard.
(17) If you want to underline only words in Microsoft Word, press (Ctrl+Shift+w) from the keyboard.
(18) If you want to select text in Microsoft Office, press (shift+Arrow) from the keyboard.
(19) To open a file in Microsoft Office, press (Ctrl+O) from the keyboard.
(20) To print a file in Microsoft Office, press (Ctrl+p) from the keyboard.
