The announcement of offering a smartphone for just Rs 251 has been generating a lot of discussion and criticism worldwide over the past few days. Indian mobile phone manufacturer ‘Ringing Bells’ has offered this offer. And 5 crore people have registered for its pre-booking in just two days.

The company said that only 2.5 million people who registered will be provided with the world’s cheapest phone, called ‘Freedom 251’.

Registration began last Thursday morning. The website started receiving six lakh hits per second. Registration was closed on the first day due to a server crash. When it was reopened later, more than 5 crore people registered. The registration is scheduled to be open until 8 pm tonight, but it is reported that it may be closed before the unexpected registration.

The company has announced that deliveries of the smartphone will begin on April 10. To that end, work is underway to manufacture 2.5 million phones.

Meanwhile, there has been much discussion and criticism about how it is possible to deliver such a smartphone to customers for just Rs 251. The regulatory body has also requested the government to look into the matter. However, it is believed that they are making this investment to exploit future business potential.

Format an External Hard Drive in FAT32

Format an External Hard Drive in FAT32 using DOS

First, go to Run from your computer’s Start Menu. Type Cmd in the Run search box and press Enter.

Then type this command prompt code. Format /FS: FAT32 X:

Replace X with the location of your external drive.

This method can cause some problems with the CMD size command line. Some specific users can format the drive forever using the same method. However, the interesting thing is that this method can sometimes take up to 5 hours to format the drive.
